In 2021 and 2022, the ESF-funded project The digital shift, aimed at raising the digital skills of small and medium-sized enterprises in Värmland, was carried out and is now concluding with good results.
Digitalisation affects everyone. Our goal was to create a better foundation for a broad, increased digital literacy for the benefit of individuals, businesses and ultimately society as a whole.
100 participants deepened their knowledge in everything from digital marketing to AI and machine learning. These individuals then pass on their insights and knowledge to their organisations, so that together we can increase digital skills both in Värmland and beyond.
We have summarised some of the project’s lessons in the report “One digital step at a time”. You can read the report here, and there you can also hear two of all the participants who inspired us with their development tell us about their experience.
The digital shift was funded by the European Social Fund (ESF).
