How to start your AI journey – tips for businesses from Neshe Tuna, Innovation Manager at Compare
At Compare's recent networking breakfast "From AI vision to reality", Neshe shared his reflections on the AI Commission's roadmap and gave tips on how organisations can start their AI journey.
“Start with the data!”advises Neshe.
Whether your organisation is private or public, up to 80% of your work is linked to data. Even if it’s not ready for AI or machine learning today, you can start thinking data-driven tomorrow. Improving how you collect, share and use data creates a solid foundation for training AI models and simplifies future implementation.
Collaboration is the key to success
Success requires collaboration based on trust and curiosity. Sharing resources and building relationships can speed up both development and innovation.
Another important step is to map out the current digital state of your organisation with adigital maturity assessment. This helps companies understand where they stand in their digital development and provides a clear roadmap towards becoming more AI-driven.
